2018 Fun Day at the Farm

We had a beautiful sunny day for this year’s Fun Day at the Farm, bringing out an even larger crowd to enjoy the activities, displays, music, farmers’ olympics and, of course, the food. A huge thank you to all who attended, as well as those who helped in many ways to make it happen. Through your generosity, we raised over $13,000, which is a record amount! This amount grows to as much as $65,000 when matched 4:1 by the Canadian government, helping to provide food for people in Niger as well as teaching them best practices in growing food and nutrition. We appreciate everyone who attended and look forward to seeing you next year. There are also crops being grown, and those receipts will be added to this amount, as well as other donations throughout the year. Stay tuned to hear what our total grows to.
